Description
The Business Development Representative supports the company and its customers by developing and maintaining accounts, providing customer service, resolving dealer and end-user issues, pursuing new business, increasing technology adoption, and recommending products or services. The role uses sales and account-management processes, communicates internally and externally, documents activities in Salesforce, and may develop sales presentations and proposals. It reports to the Director of Sales.
