CTL Engineering is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand its client base and generate engineering and construction services business in Northwest, Northern, and Northeast Ohio. The role involves identifying and following up on leads, developing proposals and qualification statements, targeting prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, researching markets, and supporting internal revenue goals. The position offers a base salary plus commission, with medical, life, disability, paid time off, an ESOP, and a 401K plan.
