CYB Human Resources is hiring a full-time, remote Business Development Representative for immediate hire. The role focuses on relationship-based business development, initiating and nurturing conversations with small and family-owned businesses through calls, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and networking; managing qualified opportunities in HubSpot; and introducing prospects to CYB’s HR services. Candidates need at least five years of outbound sales or business development experience, U.S. work authorization, strong consultative communication and CRM skills, and the ability to troubleshoot outreach. The position offers $25–$27 per hour, a healthcare stipend, retirement enrollment, paid time off, holidays, and commission opportunities.
