PM Home Health is hiring a Business Development Representative to support growth throughout Maryland by developing referral relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, community organizations, and other partners; generating qualified referrals and new business; conducting facility visits, presentations, networking, and community outreach; maintaining follow-up and referral pipelines; and collaborating with admissions, clinical, operations, and leadership teams. The role requires healthcare business development, sales, marketing, referral development, or community outreach experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, independent work, travel throughout the assigned territory, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
