Porter Texas Vacation Rental Management is hiring a Business Development Representative in Austin, Texas to grow its vacation rental property portfolio. The role involves researching local markets, prospecting and qualifying leads, building relationships with realtors, brokers, developers, and property owners, presenting services, managing a pipeline, tracking KPIs, and coordinating property onboarding. Candidates should have prior sales, business development, or real estate experience, familiarity with the Austin short-term rental market, analytical skills, and strong communication skills; an active Texas real estate license is preferred but not required. Compensation is $80,000 base salary plus commissions, with paid time off and health insurance.
