SkyRun Vacation Rentals is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand its portfolio of premium vacation rental properties in the Anna Maria Island and Bradenton area. The role owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, property walkthroughs, revenue projections, negotiation, closing management agreements, onboarding, and CRM reporting. Candidates need at least two years of sales or business development experience in short-term rentals, along with strong communication, accountability, and relationship-building skills. The position offers an annual salary of $55,000–$65,000, commission and bonuses, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
