This role focuses on driving high-intent prospects for specific Lucid Private Offices locations to boost occupancy. The specialist will conduct physical outreach and digital prospecting, collaborating with onsite Sales Consultants.

Required Previous Experiences: experience in high-volume outbound environments
Preferred Qualifications: proactive and high-energy
primary engine for outbound lead generation and market awareness
drive high-intent prospects to that location in an effort to increase the occupancy
working in tandem with onsite Sales Consultants who handle inbound leads and tours, focusing entirely on boots-on-the-ground outreach and digital prospecting to maximize visibility and occupancy.
physically visiting surrounding businesses, apartment complexes, and hotels to build professional partnerships and distribute meeting room passes/trial offers.
reviewing historical inquiry data in CRM to re-engage past prospects and bring them back into the current sales funnel.
proactively listing and managing workspace availability on Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn, Craigslist, and other community-driven platforms.
identifying and reaching out to local business owners, remote teams, and professionals currently using nearby office space to showcase the advantages of our spaces.
maintaining a consistent daily cadence of cold calling and direct LinkedIn messaging to generate new interest within the local market.
partnering closely with onsite Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff of generated leads for tours and closing.
commission is tied directly to successful occupancy conversion at assigned locations.
