PensionBee is hiring a Business Development Representative to build and book meetings with financial advisors and TPAs, respond to inbound requests, prepare briefing notes, join calls, follow up, maintain Pipedrive, and coordinate sales activities for the US business. The role requires 1–3 years of SDR/BDR, inside sales, or sales support experience, strong phone and written communication, CRM experience, and interest in retirement and personal finance. Compensation is $67,000–$72,000 plus bonus, with medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) match benefits, and a hybrid schedule of three days in the Financial District office and two days remote.
