Teya is hiring a field-based sales professional to identify and engage prospective customers, meet business owners, recommend Teya products, achieve performance targets, develop customer relationships, and represent the company in Surrey. The role requires a competitive mindset, coachability, English fluency, and a full UK driving licence; prior sales experience is not required. Compensation includes a competitive basic salary plus commission, with typical on-target earnings of £50,000 in the first year, along with leave, health and life insurance, pension, and other benefits.
