Compass is hiring a Business Development Representative, also called a Strategic Growth Partner, to generate new business opportunities and qualified pipeline for its Strategic Growth Team. The role involves outbound prospecting, agent outreach, lead follow-up, CRM documentation, market analysis, and collaboration with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders. It is an onsite position in Buckhead, Georgia, with a base pay range of $38.46–$43.27 per hour and an annualized range of $80,000–$90,000, plus a target bonus and benefits.
