YCharts is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate inbound and outbound sales opportunities, qualify financial advisors, introduce prospects to Account Executives, educate prospective clients, and participate in team meetings and training. The role requires prior sales training or cold/warm-calling experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach; fintech or financial-advisor experience is a plus. The position offers hybrid work, health, dental, and vision insurance, a $50,000-$55,000 USD base salary, and total cash compensation of $70,500-$77,750 USD including bonuses and variable compensation.
