Matrix is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new-logo growth across Kentucky and Indiana. The role owns territory and pipeline from lead creation through close, including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity management, consultative selling, campaign follow-up, event support, and collaboration with marketing and technical resources. The position targets small businesses in manufacturing, healthcare, finance, utilities, professional services, and other critical IT sectors, requires travel, and offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year with on-target earnings around $100,000 per year.
