Capmo is hiring an AI Sales Development Specialist to use AI-powered research, outreach, and sales-agent tools to identify and qualify enterprise prospects, conduct cold calls and LinkedIn outreach, schedule meetings, and build relationships with decision-makers. The role collaborates with enterprise Account Executives, represents the company at events, and requires initial customer-contact experience, strategic thinking, fluent German and English, and the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with home office and EU-country work possible.
