MaintainX is hiring a B2B Business Development Representative in Montreal to prospect industrial companies, make 70–100 outbound calls daily, build multi-touch phone, email, and LinkedIn sequences, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives. The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong communication and follow-through, and experience in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment; Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks experience is preferred. The position is in-office five days per week and offers a starting on-target earnings range of $87,500 to $96,500 for Canada-based roles, plus commission, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
