MaintainX is hiring an on-site Business Development Representative in Montreal to prospect industrial plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations leaders, make 70–100 outbound calls daily, build multichannel sequences, qualify prospects, book meetings, and manage the pipeline in Salesforce. The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong French and English communication, follow-through, and resilience; Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks experience and prior B2B or SaaS sales experience are assets.
