Scale is hiring a Business Development Representative, Partnerships, Physical AI to identify, source, qualify, and present new partnership opportunities within the Physical AI ecosystem. The role is approximately 70% outbound sourcing and partner-facing qualification work and 30% CRM ownership and internal materials management. It requires strong organization, communication, systems and process skills, and the ability to develop consultative relationships with external partners and internal teams. The position offers a base salary of $68,000–$85,000 USD in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, along with equity, health, dental, vision, retirement, learning, and paid-time-off benefits.
