Description
The Business Development Senior Associate drives local and industry revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, cultivating relationships, and developing a pipeline of business opportunities. The role collaborates with market leaders, analysts, sellers, and other stakeholders; participates in industry programs and events; and contributes to pursuit and pipeline reporting. It requires a high school diploma with five or more years of relevant business development experience, or a bachelor’s degree with three or more years of related experience, along with strong prospecting, CRM, research, and sales-planning skills. The national and regional salary range is $70,000–$95,000.
