IMI Industrial Services Group is hiring a full-time, sales-driven Business Development Specialist in the Athens, Georgia area to support revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market expansion across fabrication and industrial field services. The role involves prospecting, pipeline development, CRM and opportunity tracking, customer meetings and site visits, proposal and bid support, market and competitor research, trade-show and client-event coordination, and digital marketing and content management. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales support are required, with industrial or construction experience preferred. The position requires travel of up to 50% and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
