Svevia is hiring a Business Development Specialist for its new Region Special business area focused on guardrails and traffic management devices throughout Sweden. The role develops ways of working, processes, and business management; drives improvement initiatives; supports the introduction of the MPS business system; strengthens commercial focus, estimating, and tendering; and provides commercial support, analysis, and operational management. The position is flexible within Central Sweden with regular presence in Västerås and requires experience in business development, contracting operations, estimating, tendering, project management, contract economics, and change implementation.
