Description
The Merchant Business Development Specialist acquires and manages restaurant and foodservice merchants, negotiates contracts, coordinates merchant service and solution delivery, maintains merchant relationships, and collaborates with Marketing and Delivery Operations to grow orders and gross merchandise volume. The role requires fluent Mandarin, at least one year of business development, sales, or customer experience experience, strong project and time management skills, commercial acumen, and a valid driver's licence and vehicle. It is a full-time position with base salary plus performance-based bonus and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
