Synopsys is hiring a Corporate Development Analyst to source and evaluate M&A targets, build financial models and business cases, support due diligence and deal execution, coordinate with legal, finance, and business-unit leaders, track post-close integration, and maintain market intelligence. The role reports to Corporate Development, partners with senior leaders, and requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and an MBA or equivalent analytical training.
