Vaco is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell complex IT staffing and consulting solutions, prospect for new business, manage job orders from intake through fulfillment, maintain a target account list, and cross-sell across national practices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of technology sales or staffing experience, an established IT network, Microsoft Office knowledge, and preferably Bullhorn experience. The position offers a $45,000–$75,000 USD salary range, uncapped commission, benefits, and occasional travel.
