Description
The Business Engagement & Excellence Coordinator supports patient and stakeholder engagement, experience monitoring, feedback collection, operational issue reporting, stakeholder visits, event coordination, advocacy relationships, compliance, and corrective actions in healthcare field programs. The role is based in the Abu Dhabi office and requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and partners, with flexibility in travel and working hours. It is an experienced-level full-time position requiring strong communication, networking, project management, and English skills; healthcare experience is ideal, while data monitoring, logistics, and communication service management experience are advantageous.
