Hong Leong Bank is hiring a Business Finance Manager for its Group Operations Finance team. The role partners with business and executive stakeholders to manage financial governance, general ledger accuracy, budgeting, forecasting, Capex/Opex tracking, cost allocation, expense control, monthly reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and strategic cost optimization. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens with a bachelor's degree or professional finance qualification and at least four years of relevant FP&A, business finance, or financial control experience.
