Description
The Business Implementation Assistant Manager leads the onboarding of alternative investment funds by coordinating RFPs, fee proposals, regulatory filings, AML/KYC compliance, bank account openings, service agreements, operating memoranda, legal documents, client communications, and handover to operational teams. The role also oversees and coaches team members, improves stakeholder collaboration and team processes, escalates internal issues, and assists with client complaints. Candidates need a university degree in law or a related field, relevant alternative investment or Luxembourg corporate experience, strong legal and business acumen, coordination and interpersonal skills, and strong English proficiency.
