The Business Insights Sr. Analyst will support Citizens’ Treasury Solutions Revenue Management team by developing Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, analyzing large data sets, forecasting, reporting, and translating business needs into analytical recommendations. The role also coordinates with developers and data scientists, manages requirements and upgrades, creates training materials, and ensures data quality. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or business field, at least three years of analytical experience, and knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools; a master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
