Description
The Business Intelligence Engineer II will own end-to-end delivery of Amazon QuickSight dashboards, lead the migration of legacy Tableau assets to QuickSight and Amazon Redshift, and develop AI-enabled analytics experiences. The role partners with Customer Service Operations, Workforce Management, Voice of Customer, and technical leadership; writes production SQL and Python tooling; and owns data quality, dashboard performance, documentation, and stakeholder satisfaction. It requires at least three years of data analysis and reporting experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and visualization tools.
