The role includes maintaining and troubleshooting reports, coordinating with programming and project teams, documenting solutions, supporting regulatory and external survey requirements, and building consultative relationships with departmental users. A bachelor's degree in a business intelligence or analytics-related field is required, with four years of equivalent experience as a substitute; one to two years of equivalent experience is also listed, along with preferred master's degree and Epic Data certification.
