Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as a strategic advisor and lead analyst for Google's Compute Trust and Safety organization, owning executive reporting, operational insights, scenario planning, capacity modeling, and performance metrics. The role requires minimal guidance, advanced statistical modeling, and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into data-driven narratives for trust and safety leadership. It requires a quantitative bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, seven years of business intelligence or data analytics experience, and experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R. The position offers a USD 141,000–205,000 base salary plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits, with work locations in Kirkland, Atlanta, or Austin.
