HexArmor is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Revenue Operations team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and focuses on building Tableau dashboards, writing and optimizing SQL, conducting statistical analysis, developing demand, revenue, and sales forecasts, improving forecast accuracy, and supporting planning and business reviews. The analyst will also collaborate with data engineering and data science teams on data pipelines, machine learning models, data quality, and emerging analytical technologies, while using AI tools to accelerate reporting and forecasting workflows.
