Description
JCTM is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization for IOD stakeholders. The role involves developing dashboards and reports, translating complex analytical findings into actionable insights, supporting data-management and performance-metrics initiatives, and collaborating with information-management, operational, UI/UX, data-governance, and business-analysis specialists. The position requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, ESRI, and other visualization or AI tools, along with advanced data analysis, technical communication, and data-engineering experience. The role requires unclassified clearance and is subject to applicable DHS/CISA personnel-security processes.
