The Business Intelligence Analyst provides analytical support and develops regular reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to improve operational business performance. The role partners with business stakeholders, identifies data issues, maintains reporting systems, supports senior leadership with data-driven recommendations, and contributes to special projects. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and certification or specialization in business intelligence or a related field. The position is remote or work-from-home, with occasional non-standard hours or overtime as needed.
