Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist will serve as a technical lead and liaison between technical IT and non-technical program staff for the Performance Management & Analytics System data integration hub. The role translates complex data and reporting requirements into SQL queries and AI prompts, develops reports and dashboards, validates data outputs, supports data governance and compliance, and trains staff on data literacy and AI tools. It is an onsite-only position in Austin, Texas, limited to local candidates, and requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Required Previous Experiences: 10 years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex data requests into actionable queries
10 years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations to non-technical users

10 years of strong SQL experience for data extraction and manipulation
10 years of experience collaborating with end users and analysts to create and validate reports, dashboards, and visualizations
