Description

USC Credit Union is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to strengthen their data analytics and reporting capabilities. This role focuses on providing essential information to leadership for strategic decision-making, involving tasks like sourcing and analyzing data, conducting risk assessments, identifying process improvements, and supporting decision-making. The manager will also collaborate with management to boost efficiency and enhance customer and employee satisfaction.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three years of experience in analytics with some supervisory duties.
Direct knowledge and experience in data modeling, data warehousing and reporting.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse.
Experience building and visualizing reports in Power BI or a comparable tool.
Project management experience for complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
Experience with Airbyte or a similar data integration / ingestion platform.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and analytics engineering practices.
