Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst independently gathers project requirements, plans and estimates work, and collaborates with internal partners on reporting solutions and routine analytic studies. The role develops and validates low- to moderately complex queries, designs reports and dashboards, performs data analysis, interprets results, presents findings, and troubleshoots data quality issues. It requires experience independently managing projects with minimal supervision, familiarity with relevant source systems and databases, and the ability to learn Geisinger’s business intelligence software systems.
