CommunityCare is hiring a Director Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy, analytics, reporting, governance, data quality, and data engineering. The role partners with executive, clinical, financial, operational, compliance, and other teams to modernize data platforms, improve reporting and data quality, advance self-service analytics and AI-enabled decision support, and manage budgets and performance metrics. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, seven years of progressive experience in enterprise analytics or related disciplines, three years of leadership experience, and extensive hands-on Power BI experience.
