Playtech Managed Services is hiring a Business Intelligence Expert to analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends; develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards; identify process improvements; analyze Trading Room operations; translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications; collaborate with Customer Support, Risk, Fraud, Product, Technology, clients, and suppliers; and prepare executive reports. The role requires at least five years of similar experience, proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office, strong analytical and communication skills, English fluency, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
