This role involves building a faster, analytical, AI-enabled, and trustworthy BI function focused on revenue and ARR reporting, pipeline analytics, churn and retention analysis, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will drive operational model shifts towards agile, analytically-led intelligence, implement AI and automation strategies, and foster people development within the team.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience running and transforming a BI function.

Strong commercial acumen, capable of collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and revops teams, with a focus on leadership and transformational impact.
Proficiency in reviewing analytical logic, challenging assumptions, and identifying issues without direct involvement in SQL.
