URM Stores, Inc. is hiring a Business Intelligence Lead to serve as the senior hands-on technical leader for reporting and analytics solutions. The role leads complex BI development, SAP BusinessObjects support, DB2 data warehouse reporting, semantic modeling, dashboard architecture, report modernization, and BI best practices; mentors BI developers; partners with business stakeholders; and validates data quality, metrics, and reporting solutions. The position requires at least five years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering, reporting, or related data delivery roles, along with advanced SAP BusinessObjects, SQL, data modeling, and dashboard design expertise. The salary range is $115,000 to $120,000 annually DOE, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance premiums paid by the employer.
