Description
The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee operational efficiency and effectiveness by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data; providing actionable insights to executive management; identifying bottlenecks and risks; establishing and monitoring KPIs; leading process-improvement and operational projects; and optimizing resource allocation across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, SQL and Excel expertise, statistical modeling knowledge, strong communication and project-management skills, and Microsoft Office Suite competency.
