Percepta is hiring a remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and improving reports and dashboards; gathering requirements; performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing; training end users; documenting reporting processes; and identifying opportunities to use data and technology to solve business problems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or related reporting and business intelligence experience, five years of reporting and business intelligence experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI or similar reporting experience, and strong communication and customer-service abilities.
