Description
The Business IT Compensation Systems Analyst will support and enhance compensation and commission systems through automated data validation, reconciliation, SQL development, scripts, and ETL/data pipelines. The role partners with business users, Compensation, Finance, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to deliver reliable integrations, reporting, QA, UAT, and production validations, while improving data movement, monitoring, exception handling, and modernization initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong SQL and data analysis skills, compensation-system knowledge, and the ability to work East Coast business hours in a hybrid professional environment.
