The role bridges business and technology by translating requirements into functional solutions, advising stakeholders on process improvement and digitalization, coordinating workshops and requirement sessions, supporting implementations and change management, and working within Agile/Scrum teams. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, an HBO or WO education, strong Dutch and English skills, stakeholder-management and analytical experience, and Agile/Scrum experience; ERP, CRM, Azure DevOps, Jira, Lean, or BPM experience is preferred.
