EQT is hiring a Vice President Business Controller to join its Private Capital Europe & North America Business Controlling team in Stockholm. The role reports to the Head of Business Control and supports strategic business controlling, portfolio company performance monitoring, fund liquidity and cash movements, valuation, exit forecasts, budgeting, reporting, process improvement, data quality, digitalization, and Business Line Management Group analyses. The candidate profile requires a relevant university degree, at least five years of financial, business, or cost-controlling experience, advanced Excel and BI skills, strong analytical and commercial judgment, and fluent English.
