APM is hiring a Business Manager in Esperance, Western Australia, to lead, coach, and support a team of Workforce Australia Employment Consultants. The role focuses on driving performance, developing people, building employer and community partnerships, understanding local labour-market trends, and creating sustainable employment opportunities. Candidates need employment-services or transferable experience, at least six months of team-management experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and eligibility to work in Australia. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a base salary plus achievement incentives and additional benefits.
