Description
The role is responsible for achieving branch KPIs, managing branch operations and human resources, supporting regional expansion, maintaining portfolio quality and audit standards, and enforcing transparency. The position requires a minimum Diploma III, branch-management experience, leadership of more than five to ten team members, at least two years of microfinance leadership experience, sales and marketing strategy skills, a personal vehicle, and a Class C driving license. The role is based in Nusa Tenggara Timur.
