FYUL is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to own the reporting and monitoring layer for supply performance management across supply and operations planning, network performance and recovery, and quality. The role builds dashboards and metric definitions, supports forecasting and capacity coverage, monitors partner performance and SLAs, performs root-cause analysis, and delivers decision-ready insights. It requires approximately four years of experience in analytics, business operations, supply chain, operations planning, consulting, or a similar data-heavy role, along with SQL, advanced Excel or Sheets, BI dashboarding, metric definition, and cloud data warehouse experience. The position offers a monthly gross salary of EUR 2,500–3,500 and can be performed remotely or from the Riga office.
