The Business Operations Analyst serves as an internal business operations consultant, evaluating, documenting, redesigning, and implementing business processes and methodologies. The role supports senior leadership on special projects, conducts data analysis, troubleshoots business tools and systems, and helps organizations adopt standardized processes. It requires a relevant analytical degree, 1–3 years of professional experience, strong Excel and programming skills, project-management ability, and the capacity to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
