Description

Qualcomm is hiring a Business Operations Analyst for its Datacenter Business Unit in San Diego. The role supports operational efficiency, demand forecasting, supply-and-demand balancing, S&OP, product allocation, NPI and lifecycle transitions, excess and obsolete analysis, post-sales operations, KPI reporting, and cross-functional execution. The position is onsite, requires an associate’s degree or high school diploma with the stated experience, and offers a base salary of $76,200 to $114,400.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of business operations or related experience
High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business operations, supply chain, demand planning, program coordination, or related analytical roles
Understanding of demand forecasting, supply and demand management, build planning, NPI to mass production lifecycle management, and supply chain fundamentals
Exposure to warranty, service, or support operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel and data visualization tools
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with operational metrics, financial processes, or hardware deployments
Experience applying AI tools to improve analysis and workflow efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, program management, or analytical roles
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Semiconductor, datacenter, manufacturing, or high-tech industry experience
