The role serves as the primary interface between customers and STMicroelectronics for operational communications, demand fulfillment, forecast alignment, supply execution, and service performance. Responsibilities include managing the customer order lifecycle, backlog, manufacturing requests, supply commitments, shipment risks, trade compliance, billing, shipping, and escalations, while partnering with sales, finance, logistics, and supply chain teams. The position requires an experienced operations leader with 10–15 years of expertise in sales processes, demand and supply management, and customer service, and offers a base annual salary of $132,800–$166,000 USD.
